B Algemene Voorwaarden
“Our general terms and conditions apply to all appointments and treatments at Senso-Touch. They determine the relationship between us as a service provider and you as a customer. These conditions describe, among other things, our agreements regarding cancellations, payments, privacy and liability. By using our services, you agree to these conditions. The full version of our general terms and conditions can be found below.”
1. Services and Agreements
Senso-Touch offers relaxation massages in the following variations:
• Full body relaxation massage (60, 90 or 120 minutes)
• Targeted massages (Head, shoulders, back or legs, arms, feet – 30 minutes)
Appointments can be made via our website, by phone or by email. The booking is final after confirmation by email or sms.
2. Cancellations and Changes
• An appointment can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
• In case of cancellation within 24 hours, 50% of the rate will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.
3. Payments
• Payments are made via the booking system, Payconiq or in cash after the treatment.
• Gift cards are valid for one year after issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
• We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with GDPR legislation.
• Your data will only be used to make appointments and improve our services.
5. Liability
• Senso-Touch is not liable for damage or injury resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
• The customer is responsible for informing himself about medical conditions or injuries.
• Massages are not a substitute for medical treatment.
6. Complaints procedure
Any complaints about the treatment can be submitted via info@senso-touch.be. We aim to respond substantively within 7 days.
7. Changes to the Terms
Senso-Touch reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
